If you would like To Book a Room, please either phone us at 1(250) 825-4236 with your credit card details to secure the booking with a deposit of one night. Alternatively, if you prefer to email us (, please provide us with the following information:

Minimum Stay of Two Nights.

Once we have received this information we will charge your card for a night stay and email you with a confirmation receipt.

On arrival the balance of your stay will be due. Alternatively, the full amount can be paid at the time of booking.

Reservation Policy

Reservations made by phone, email, or online are charged one night deposit at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

A $50 fee per room will be charged for all cancellations.

Refund of deposit, minus the cancellation fee, will be considered if cancellation notice is received at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to arrival date. Reassignment of deposit, minus the cancellation fee, to a future booking date may be an option and will be evaluated on an individual basis. Cancellations must be made by speaking to the owner Larry Costen or Sheila Morrison.
